I have to say I was very happy we took the ride out this past week. The customer service was professional. The staff was knowledgeable and let us have as much time as we wanted with our puppy. We definitely didn't leave empty handed we are proud owner of a neo mastiff. Thank you again!
Fantastic experience amazing customer service .. Jenny the girl with the long blond hair is amazing with all of the puppies. She help us with our newest baby that we brought home. The only pet store I have ever been in that is clean.
On Saturday September 2nd my son Hunter and I took a drive out to the Puppy Experience. I had heard some not so great stories about this place but I also know several families who have purchased healthy and happy pups from there as well. Both my son and I took notice that it was the first pet store we had been in where there was nothing but endless barking and movement on the pups part. Other then some real tiny teddy bear pups who were snuggled up with each other snoozing, they were all bouncing around their cribs. I found that comforting. Now with that said, I will say I felt bad about the small little mat they have to lay on and just the wire bottom of the cribs but I get that their cages need endless cleaning and a solid bottom crib would probably just have them sitting in urine and feces since we all know puppies do a lot of peeing and pooping. At first glance my son found a little Blue Merle Pomeranian that he was fond of. We asked if we could see her. The gentleman was kind and offered us to take her in the center pen and sit on the couches with her and see if we liked her. We sat there for an hour. We weren't rushed or pushed to purchase. Jenna came over to introduce herself and spoke to us regarding dogs in general. She was extremely sweet and very nice to my son. We decided to purchase the Pomeranian and when we returned with payment she was fluffed, cleaned and ready to go. I did take her to one of their vet options since they offer a discount and I will admit I was concerned that something would be seriously wrong with her since she was coming from a pet store and not a reputable breeder. I took her 2 days later to Peconic Bay Animal Hospital and she was treated by Dr. Heller. He and his Vet Tech were fabulous and we will definitely be staying with them. Outside of a small parasite in her stool which was easily treated and covered cost wise by Puppy Experience she was given a very clean bill of health. Luna the Blue Merle Pomeranian has been nothing but a ball of endless fun and excitement since we purchased her. Although I know not everyone has this experience I can honestly say I am happy I went into the Puppy Experience and have nothing negative to say regarding them. They were great and Jenna was exceptional. We love our healthy and happy little Blue Merle Pom.
I have been looking for a puppy and come in weekly. Today I came in and really liked a basset hound. The gentlemen said just disinfect your hands between dogs. My daughter was petting the basset hound and a young women with black hair was very nasty and pretty much was yelling not to touch the dog. The gentleman and girl with long blonde hair were outside smoking We walked right out and will not buy from here.
Amazing store! There are so many puppies. You can pet them as long as you reapply hand sanitizer for each cage. If you're interested they even allow you to take a puppy into a little area where you can play with them for a short while. Great customer service and cute puppies.
