1. Mattress pads or foam mattress toppers for the beds
Very cute place. The best part is the private beach in the back...it's good for some romance. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but the beds wee a bit stiff
Some things that I think would make this place 5 star:
What a gem! Literally right on the water, the rooms are clean with a nice view, private outdoor patio, kitchenette and mini fridge, it's a great place for a weekend getaway. Not to mention they have a private beach and hammocks! Would definitely recommend!
2. Light continental breakfast like Danish muffins in the am
Beautiful room, very clean and bright. The view is incredible, right on the water. The beach is a short walk away. Very close to numerous wineries and restaurants. Excellent stay, would highly recommend
3. A fire pit would be awesome at night by the beach
I would recommend this place...just be aware the beds are hard.

Beautiful scenery, serene and relaxing location. On the beach by the peconic. So quiet and lovely. Close to wineries, tanger, greenport. Only issue was the full Size beds were uncomfortable. Sleeping was not easy.
